How It Works
Our qualified technicians will assess your Smart Vent system and test the fan. Replacement is usually as simple as removing your old broken fan and ceiling controller and installing the replacement. This usually takes less than an hour.
FREE SERVICE - We also do a free service of the ducting and diffusers to ensure your system will continue to deliver the best air for as long as possible.
RENTAL PROPERTIES - If the fan is in a rental property we will work with the property manager or tenant to find a time that suits your tenant to avoid disruption.
The Choice Is Yours
We don’t believe that filter changes should cost the earth, we even give you the option to do it yourself if you wish. We simply give you a courtesy email 12 months after the installation as a reminder to replace the new filter.
The choice is yours, if you prefer, you can replace the filter yourself. We simply send you the new filter with instructions or we can come and replace the filter for a reasonable fee at a time that suits.
Conditions
The installed price does not include any electrical work required.
Additional outlets and heat transfer upgrades may be restricted by the available ceiling access in order to run ducting. This can be discussed when we do the free assessment and final quote.
Although these are not normally required, our installed price excludes any roof or concrete penetrations required.
All prices include GST prices are subject to change at any time although we work hard to keep great air in your home as affordable as possible.
